DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
We made a conscious decision to make our products as ethically as possible and avoid waste and dead stock at all costs.
Every product is made-to-order just for you and orders take time to produce, finish and make ready for despatch.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt. Please Note: A ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.
REGIONAL REQUIREMENTS
For delivery in the UAE delivery to a PO Box is recommended.
POSTAL/SHIPPING TIMES
As the majority of our merchandise is printed to order, we are unable to expedite the printing and dispatch process.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
