DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES

We made a conscious decision to make our products as ethically as possible and avoid waste and dead stock at all costs. 

Every product is made-to-order just for you and orders take time to produce, finish and make ready for despatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt. Please Note: A ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.

For delivery in the UAE delivery to a PO Box is recommended.

As the majority of our merchandise is printed to order, we are unable to expedite the printing and dispatch process.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Dancefloor Emporium cannot be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control.

30 DAY RETURNS

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure you have the correct size and colour information available to you at the time of purchase.

However, if you are not 100% happy, we have a 30-day return policy and will accept returns for an exchange of size, colour or for a refund. Items must be returned as new, in the original packaging.

We offer free returns on any garments that are defective, but not for change of mind or exchange of size or colour. If you qualify for a free return, these costs will be reimbursed to you, directly to your account. Please ensure you include a receipt for standard postage costs.

Returns can take up to 7 working days* to process.

We endeavour to reply to all exchange and refund queries within 24-48 hours.

HOW TO AVOID RETURNS

1. Make sure you carefully read the size charts available on all product pages before placing your order. If for any reason you cannot locate or read the size chart, please contact us with any questions.

2. Not all monitors are the same and colours can appear differently. Things like your individual computer settings such as brightness and contrast can also effect colours so while we have made sure that the difference between the colours is accurately reflected, we can't guarantee that the colour you see on screen will be exactly the same as the real-life colour. In most cases it will be the same but very occasionally the keen observer may see a slight variation. If you feel the colour is drastically different, we will do our best to help or send a replacement, however, please be aware that some slight variation is a possibility.

3. Read your confirmation email immediately and make sure all details are correct. If If you notice any errors, contact us ASAP to update any details.

4. Please calculate the shipping times and allow some buffer time before making an order, especially if it is for an event, birthday or special occasion. If we dispatch on time (within 2-4 working days) and your item does not reach you within the expected time, this unfortunately does not constitute a reason for a free return.

5. Be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or blades as you may damage the garment. We do not cover replacements for garments damaged through opening with scissor or blade punctures.

6. Very occasionally you may notice a slight square discolouration around the print area - this is pre-treatment that is used in the process of printing and ensures excellent print quality. It is not damaged; one quick wash on less than 30 degrees will remove this. Please refer to the wash care instructions included in your package.

BE COOL. LOOK AFTER YOUR STUFF AND IT WILL STAY FRESH.

  • Wash at 30 degrees.
  • Don't iron the print.
  • Or better, iron inside out.
  • Don't dry clean. It's not a suit.
  • Don't bleach. That's mad.
  • Don't tumble try. Remember, be cool.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. How To Return My Items?
